WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Reservations cancelled within 48 hours for bike rental/tours are 50% refund, less than 24 hours = 0% refund.

Please note- if you can't ride a bicycle, you will not be able to participate in the tour and will be refunded. Safety and respect of other riders in the group are essential. Thanks for your cooperation

DO YOU HAVE E-BIKES FOR TOURS?
No, E-bikes are not permitted for tours on Lady Bird Lake, which most of our tours use at some point.
IF I BRING MY BIKE FOR THE TOUR IS THERE A DISCOUNT?
No, the tour price is the same on any bicycle.
IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR KIDS AND CHILDREN ON TOURS?
No, all humans are charged the same price for tours.
Private tours required for youngins under age 12.
Rental FAQ’s
WHAT'S AVAILABLE TO RENT?
Adult bikes-
Hybrids - multi-speed, most with front shocks. Versatile, city or hike-n-bike.
Mountain - multi-speed, with front shocks, most with 29” wheels. Go anywhere, especially single-track trails.
Kid’s Bikes - 20” & 24” lil shredders
DO YOU RENT RACKS/PANNIERS FOR BIKES?
Rear racks for trekking are $5/day for the first 2 weeks. We don’t rent panniers (bags). Bring your own please.
DO YOU RENT MTN. BIKES FOR TRAILS WHEN IT’S RAINING OR MUDDY?
No, you can rent a hybrid and cruise around town, but no mtn. biking when the trails are muddy. It’s not safe and ruins the trails.
SIZING FOR BIKES (for Rentals, we’ll size you up for tours)
Bikes are fitted according to height. We can fit you easily, follow these guidelines as a suggestion:
Kids ages 5-8 - 20inch kids bike
ages 7-11 - 24inch kids bike
Adults - X-Small 4'10"-5' Small 5'-5'5" Med 5'5"-5'9" Lg 5'9"-6'1" XL 6'1"-6’3” XXL 6’3+
If you are between sizes, for shorter legs go smaller and for longer legs go bigger (e.g. 5’4” with short legs , size small; long legs, size medium).
DO YOU RENT E-BIKES?
No, but Trek on S. Lamar has them for $75/day, $525/ wk
YOU'RE MOBILE, HOW DOES THE DELIVERY OF RENTALS WORK?
You just give us the address and we'll drop off the bikes for you and pick them up when you're done. You can sign the waiver digitally. You can reserve and pay via this website.
Delivery and pick-up before/after hours (7-9am & 5-7pm) is an extra $20.
WHERE'S YOUR FREE DELIVERY AND PICK-UP AREA FOR RENTALS?
Free Delivery and Pick-up is available in Austin up to a distance of 7 miles from 78704, South Austin, South 1st St & Ben White / Hwy 71. See below for marker at South 1st and Hwy. 71/Ben White.
Beyond that up to 13 miles is $40, up to 25 miles is $70, and a max of up to 35 miles for $100.
HOW MUCH DO RENTALS COST?
Bikes are $40 per day/ 3-24 hours (minimum), prices drop after 2 days. We accept cards and cash.
IS THERE A DEPOSIT FOR RENTALS?
In some cases, yes.

ARE THERE DISCOUNTS MULTIPLE DAY RENTALS / MILITARY?
4 days Rental is $109 ($27/day), 7 days Rentals are only $139 ($20/day), $199 for 2 weeks ($14/day), $249 for 3 weeks ($12/day) and $299 Monthly ($10/day). Military discount is 10% Thank you.

WHAT OPTIONS DO YOU HAVE FOR SMALL CHILDREN to RENT?
Kid seats or kid trailer are available for rent.
20” and 24” kid’s bikes are available to rent Includes helmet.
DO I NEED LIGHTS OR HELMET on the rental bike?
You need a front light and rear reflector at night for bikes. All bikes have reflectors. We provide front and rear lights also. Helmets are required. We provide helmets for free for all riders.
DO I NEED A LOCK for rentals?
For rentals, yes. We require, and provide, all renters to take a lock and to lock the bike whenever out of your sight, even for a few moments. You never know when you’re going to want to stop and grab a drink or snack. Lock the frame and a wheel if you can, but always the frame. Please NEVER leave the bike locked outside overnight. If you can’t sneak it into your room, most hotels will have a valet closet or storeroom where you can check the bike.
WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING GETS BROKEN OR STOLEN on my rental bike?
If you get a flat, or the bike or lock breaks, we will come rescue you. Broken or missing parts from the bike will be assessed when you return your bike. We may, at our discretion, charge for the damaged or stolen items like bike, parts, lights, locks, or helmets. If you lose your key and are stranded there is a $30 rescue fee/ $50 during ACL/SXSW, which includes the cost of the key. Thanks for your awareness and cooperation. Have fun, but take care of business, drink water, and eat tacos.
